Wild Scotsman is pleased to announce the “Pre-release” showing of two new Single Cask Single Malt selections at The House of Glunz. These two selections coming from both the Islay and Speyside regions of Scotland offer you the consumer a unique view of what types of flavors I appreciate as a blender.

The selection of single casks for me is about the different nose, taste, and finish qualities rather than the actual Distillery brands themselves. Each distillery creates its brand to very specific standards (nose,taste, finish,and color), which is created by blending the essence of many different casks. I am focused on finding that one perfect cask for my taste preferences which is unique to that one cask or for the specific task of blending.

My new single Cask 27 year from Islay and 12yr from Speyside are in very limited quantities. Each bottling is at 50% alc./vol., non chill filtered, and never colored. is my first edition in my new Targe Label which are all personally signed and numbered as a sign of my personal commitment to you the consumer that only my best is ever bottled.
