Smith & Wollensky Tasting Two Days Away!

Join us on Thursday, March 26 2009 for a Scotch Tasting featuring Wild Scotsman Whisky and a unique four course dinner prepared by our Chef. Our guest speakers are Jeff Topping, founder of Wild Scotsman Whisky and Master Distiller/Blender John McDougall. The reception is at 6:30 PM and the Dinner starts at 7:00 PM.

The pairings are outlined below:

1st Course

Wild Scotsman 15yr

Poached Lobster with spiked cream & arugula

2nd Course

Wild Scotsman Black Label

Maple walnut crusted salmon with a candied citrus oil

3rd Course

John McDougall’s 16yr

Antelope Chop over scalloped potatoes with a Juniper Sherry Glaze

4th Course

Wild Scotsman 12yr Royal Lochnagar

Vanilla Roasted Pear with a Chocolate almond tuille & Scotch Carmel

The event is priced at $100 per person plus tax & gratuity.
