-This Vatted Scotch Malt Scotch is my newest creation which contains no more than 4 separate Casks which come from 4 seperate distilling regions (Lowlands, Highlands, Speyside, and Islay). The colour is richer due to the use of an Ex-Sherry Cask being added to the mix. As many of you know I have not used an ex-wine casks in my creations until now. This is a much bolder expression than my Wild Scotsman 15yr, however, tasting is better than telling.The average age of the Single Cask Malts is 12yrs of age with the oldest being 18 years.
